How to Fry with 80% Less Oil
Getting the perfect crunch with minimal oil is an art. Here's how you can achieve it with ChipZola's ready-to-fry range.
1. Temperature is Key
Ensure your oil is at the right temperature (around 170-180°C). If the oil is too cold, the chips will absorb more oil. If it's too hot, they might burn before they expand.
2. Flash Frying
Because ChipZola chips are dehydrated, they only need 5-10 seconds in the oil. As soon as they puff up, remove them!
3. Air Frying Option
Did you know you can also air-fry our chips? Lightly spray them with oil and air-fry at 200°C for 2-3 minutes for an even healthier option.
